Connecticut Parent Leadership Summit

The Connecticut Parent Leadership Summit, presented by Project SAGE, is a free annual event created by parents, for parents and parent-leader allies statewide. It’s designed to foster networking, learning, and collective empowerment. This year’s theme is: “From the Home to the World: Unlocking the Leader Within”, celebrating the vital role parents play as leaders in their families, schools, and communities!

Keynote Speaker: Abdul-Rahmaan I. Muhammad

Abdul-Rahmaan I. Muhammad is the Executive Director and Founder of My People Clinical Services. He created the Manhood Tree. Mr. Muhammad founded The Dream Support Network to encourage individuals to live the life of their dreams. Mr. Muhammad is also a spoken word artist and has authored four children’s books, a collection of poetry, two motivational books and produced two spoken word CD’s.

There will be great workshops, information, conversation, resource tables and raffle prizes! Breakfast and lunch included! Childcare is not provided. Come be a part of this dynamic and inspirational day. It won't be the same without you!
