Designed for adults age 55+, this interactive workshop explores today's most common digital threats, including phishing scams, cyber harassment, and online fraud. Participants will develop practical strategies for staying safe online and creating a plan of action should problems arise.

Digital Safety for Youth: What Parents Should Be Talking About

Today's children and teens navigate a digital world that changes rapidly. This workshop helps parents and caregivers address online safety, cyberbullying, exploitation, social media, artificial intelligence, and more. Participants will gain tools and confidence to have meaningful—and sometimes difficult—conversations with young people.

A Grownup's Guide to Teens and Healthy Relationships
